I was doin a medical checkup the other week, but was told that i have a high risk of getting pre diabetes. My blood sugar level was okay at the time, but isn't it really a bit early to have high risk already at my age which is 34?
Is there any other relatively young people here experiencing pre-diabetes or high risk for getting it? i was really surprised since i consider myself fairly healthy - definately not close to a chronic disease! Would be nice to hear of your experiences! Thanks in advance!
