I am having a trouble while trying to connect my Ypsopump to the CamAPS FX app. Despite multiple attempts, I am unable to establish a successful connection, and I would appreciate your guidance in resolving this matter.
Here are the details of the problem:
Device Information:
- Android 14
- CamAPS FX app version: 1.4(186).101 date: 14/01/2025
Steps Taken:
- Ensured Bluetooth is enabled on both the pump and smartphone.
- Restarted both devices multiple times.
- Verified that the CamAPS FX app is updated to the latest version.
- Checked internet connectivity during the setup process.
- Tried reinstalling the CamAPS FX app.
Error Description:
- The app fails to detect the pump during the pairing process but Dexcom G6 was connected successfully.
Could you please provide guidance on how to troubleshoot this issue? Additionally, I would like to know if there are any known compatibility issues with my smartphone model or if there are specific settings I need to adjust. From support I got an answer that my pump version is 1.5 which is not compatible with CamAPS FX but I did not find anything about pump version in official documentations.
