For those who like fish, I have just had a really lovely dinner, and very low carb. I had a fillet of smoked Arbroath rainbow trout, with some asparagus spears (trout Sainsbury's taste the difference range). This was a really lovely sized portion for me and with a total of only 1g of net carbs, a meal you could add other things to if the portion size is a little small.
Truly it was. You could have a low carb sauce with it, or add more veg. I have the appetite of a sparrow at the moment, so the portion was perfect. Now I feel full but not stuffed. Really delicious.
