Type 2 Zero carbs

I need 20 min lrebolus bf , 15 lunch and 10 dinner. I love ultra low carb and timing boluses really works for me. I keep all macronutrients the same at each meal ant found my bolus timing. I cannot random eat. Carb counting didn't work but as much as were all individuals we all have our own systems. I like to take low insulin doses so I eat accordingly. That's my personal choice. I tested and tested to find what worked for me. Low carb (20) moderate protein and moderate fat. Never hungry.
