ok this morning was a disaster... I hate my liver:

7.1 before breakfast
8.6 after breakfast (breakfast was tried and tested)

Lunch was much better

6.2 before walk
5.3 after walk and before lunch
5.3 2hr after lunch.....

Had a strange one last night - I couldn't be bothered to cook so had a Chilli con carne and rice ready meal with one slice of garlic bread. Not sure what my BS was before tea but 1 hour after it was 8.7 and at 2 hours 6.9. I don't often have rice but it looks as though I may be able to tolerate it. May pluck up courage and try it again some time!

2.9 pre evening meal.... 18.6 a fair few hours later... No idea what's happened there.... I didn't binge... That never happens
