How we used to eat.

My MIL used to make a great suet roll bacon pudding. Mmmmmmmmm
She also used to make something called drip pudding where she would slice a hot suet roll into the juices from the meat to accompany a roast dinner.

I'm drooling.

My mother in law used to make spotted **** every Sunday for pudding . Boiled in saucepan for ages wrapped up in a muslin clothe tasted delicious served with thick custard ! Yum

it makes me feel like raiding the insulin stash in the fridge. YUMMY

My mother used to make a baked suet jam roll that was absolutely gorgeous! Was crispy on outside and soft inside, warming and hearty! Served with homemade custard of course!
