Well, we battered them for twenty odd minutes.
Then had three defensive lapses before half-time.
This cannot go on!
We are getting beat by poor teams and there is a lot wrong with our style of play.
Workings manager was full of criticism for our display!
Says it all!

Some pretty high scores about last night. York City got blasted for 6 at Pompy. Sheff Utd lost 2-4 Barnsley lost 3-2 Southend beat Oldham 2-5 Luton and Carlisle what a match that must have been Carlisle won 3-4 well done Cumberland :)
Dont think Nosher is gunna be too impressed though :( Bad luck Nosher i know what its like to get blasted like we did on Saturday ooh that sure hurt :(

Arsenal won 3-0 and Chelsea 0-4 winners wow i bet thats the most goals they have scored all season. :D:D Both Manchesters are in action tonight. Both playing 2 pretty good teams.

Just read that our goalie Murphy took a knock on Saturday and might be out of this Saturdays big game with Middlesbrough. Wagner is thinking of dabbling in the emergency transfer pot. I reckon we should give Allinson a go he's gotta gain some experience and who better to gain it against than the Mighty Smoggies. I still think we are in for a pasting whatever happens goal keeper wise we need a few new players and cant buy em till January transfer window.

I listened to the match on Radio Cumbria and when they scored early on I thought heck

We equalised then they went 2-1 then 3-1 up and the radio was in severe danger of being hoyed out the window at 3-1

What happened next was plain crazy 3-2. 3-3 & 3-4

All four of our strikers scored a goal each and at the end the 168 hardy souls were singing loud and clear as the hatters soundly booed Luton off

Radio Cumbria commentary team broke the desk in their commentary box with excitement LOL

So in just 19 league 2 games Carlisle have shared 70 goals in those matches and at 35 goals for are the leagues highest scorers and at 35 goals against have the leakiest defence

Oh dear Nosher

Oh dear is right!

Struggling to think of something positive to say or think!

Things have to change but I think the manager has lost the fans.

Not good mate! I would be surprised if we get anywhere near the play off positions if things aren't changed soon!

Cheltenham are the team to beat this season. Probably Forest Green.

I would have been happy with a play off place, because it is so competitive!

Maybe next season!

Don't give up hope lad
Hark back to a few years ago when we were both in L1 and you were top of the league at xmas and blew it and fell away to mid table

You might just surge upwards

I am trying to be positive for you

That was the high point in the last decade, but it was more luck than skill.
Had no luck since!
We're not out of it as it's tight but not going the way it should with the investment the club has done. It should be better but there is something that needs changing. We are getting beat by part timers!

Off we go with another day of football. We have a tough home game with Middlesbrough. I dont hold out much on our chances but you never know. Stranger things have happened at sea so to speak :D:D

Good Luck to everyone else :)

Oh dear oh dear bad day for Yorkshire football with Halifax being the only side to win.
What can i say we lost again and i wasnt really expecting anything agaisnt the mighty Smoggies but why do i feel a bit sad. Oh silly me we have only gone and slipped in to the relegation zone. :(

Nice win for Carlisle i bet Cumberland is one happy chappy :)

Bournemouth clung on with Everton to draw 3-3 and Man City go back to the top. Could that be short lived as Man Utd and Leicester play at half past 5.

Citeh 3, Saints 1 :(. Not entirely surprising I suppose but the fact is that, nowadays, I expect Saints to pick up points from some of these big games.

The Newcastle car crash continues but Sunderland are (just) out of the drop zone tonight.

Well, where do I start?
0-0 at Boreham Wood! At least we didn't lose!
We could have took all three points right at the death but squandered two good chances!
But if we are looking for any chance of promotion we should be winning these games!
No disrespect to the Wood!
It was bloody freezing down sarf!
Windy and icy all day!
Oh yeah, even though we played 200 and odd miles away, we still had more fans than the home team.
Got to add that Boreham is a real friendly club. And despite the weather made us welcome!
