    I tested at 6am this morning levels where 9.1 after that ibhad a cuppa tea with two sugars in , two bits of whole grain toast and lunch I had three whole meal crackers with ham and cheese on I tested two hours after lunch 5.5 reading

    Type 2 Brown / white

    Is brown pasta , rice , bread etc better than the white ? is coucous low in carbs & sugar i trying to do a low carb plan but i really like little bit of rice or pasta or potatoe with my meals i really think if i can get away with brown products i could be sucessful

    Some advice please

    Hey right I type 2. Today I have been to see diabetic nurse to ask a lot of questions. One question I like to recive advice on is testing sugar levels . Is it helpful to do this to see what foods are causing sugar levels to be high so you can get to grips with your diet ? Thank u
