On Saturday evening, we were fed and watered by 7.00 pm. I'm still feeling pleasantly full and it's well past my bedtime.

I’m afraid I went well over tonight as I was out from 2-4 came home fed the dogs then had to dash out again and didn’t get back until 8:30pm!

Rose to the challenge once again on Monday; a public holiday here in the UK. ant met our 7.00 pm target by a whisker.
I still feel pleasantly full at well past bedtime.

Just after 7 tonight, but my whole day had been a bit later than usual so not beating myself up over it.
Have eaten xquite a bit today so will be interested to see when I get hungry tomorrow
