I was advised to try Apple cider vinegar when I was a bit under the weather recently. I bought some from my local supermarket, and then after reading up about it, realized I had bought the wrong kind. The one I bought was just a bog standard variety of pasteurized from Sainsbury's. The kind recommended is an ACV that is organic, non pasteurized and contains the 'mother'. The brand suggested by most is called Braggs. I ordered some on line, and have had it about 4 days now. My family have decided it looks like moldy urine in a bottle, how they know what moldy urine looks like I have no idea. This stuff is a vile rusty orange colour, but tastes and smells like regular vinegar. I take two tablespoons in a glass with loads of fresh lemon or lime juice topped up with sparkling water. I take this twice a day.
It's still early days yet, but here is what all the fanfare is about:
One thing I can say, since taking the ACV my hair has FINALLY stopped falling out after taking Atorvastatin.
