Hi. my blood sugar levels have gone nuts and I'm freaking out big time. I fasted for 24 hours and at lunch today I had a small chai latte and some raw salmon with soy sauce and a small salad. one hour later reading was 6.3, two hours 6.7 three hours 6.6 and four hours 8!.
I have had diabetes for a maximum of two years after having gestational diabetes, my last hba1c was 5.4. why is my blood sugar peaking so late? surely I can't have gastoparethis. Any insights would be greatly appreciated
