Byetta (exenatide)

I’ve just been put on Byetta (exenatide) on top of my insulin, metformin and gliclazide anybody got any expereance of this as I’ve never heard of it before, the problem I have is when I’m given medication it works for about 6 months then I seem to build up a resistance to it and it stops working this is what happened with my tablets also with liraglutide and insulin now I have this one as well

I was on byetta and then bydureon (once a week version) for a while (well probably 18 months in total). It didn't do anything for me, but for some it has helped them lose lots of weight and feel a bit nauseous. I didn't have either, guess it didn't work.
