I have turned my diabetes off as good and lowered my blood pressure lowered my bad cholesterol raised my good cholesterol and I put a lot of that down to persisting with having a bowl of porridge every morning.
At first it spikes the blood but for me that was less than a week.
Probably 4 days can't remember.
I now take no medication for cholesterol blood pressure or diabetes.
No I'm sure it won't work for everyone.
