@CampbellA Isn't there specific nutritional info on the pack? It would vary somewhat between brands and pack sizes so you'd have to look at the Ones you've got.
Usually the carb info is per pack, I've found, but it should say for definite.
It should have a number for carbohydrates per 100g, so multiply that by however many hundreds of grammes there are in the pack. Ignore the bit that says 'of which sugar', it's the total carbs that count.
For supernoodles it gives it per half pack (like I'd ever eat half...) So you can just double it. Be careful because often the value given per 100g is once cooked, which obviously won't be the same as the weight of the packet
