I've got a new tactic this week to up my step count a bit! We are a large office and have 12 separate woman's bathrooms that I know of (that's 36 toilets for all of the 5 women that work here haha) so you're always near one. I've decided to walk to one further away every time to get me to stretch my legs more, I get uncomfortable at my desk a lot and am at "high risk" of RSI apparently so this can only do me good!
