I am a type two for 10 years, since Christmas I have brought my hbaic from 73 to 51 although I have since had a few bad days as craving carbs recently. Generally I try to low carb breakfast is berries and Greek yogurt, lunch is meat or fish salad with Mayo, dinner is curry/stew/fish with veg and snacks are nuts or dark chocolate. That is on a good day. I haven't lost much weight about 10 lbs probably due to snacking on chocolate and nuts and the odd binge day when I just can't control cravings I walk most days for 30/45 minutes I would like to loose 2/3 stone but I'm finding it very difficult. Also this tiredness is frustrating. My BG in the mornings are around 6 or 7
