Since January I have returned to training approx 1/2 hour cardio on a static bike and other 1/2 hour weights and stretches. Along with this I lowered carbs and increased proteins and good fats.
At the start I was taking 3 Metformin and 1 Glicicde.
I stopped the glicicide first then swapped the Metformin on the last meal for 1mg creatine.
I then replace the last two Metformin with creatine also.
Over the period of time until this week there have been great changes.
Originally my HBA1C was 8.6 bordering on uncontrolled and I weighed 14/7.
Now HBA1C is down to 53 and weight is 13/3.

I read an artical that explained of test done on people using creatine as a replacement for Metformin as it is produced in the body naturally and is good for a lot of other things.
But because of the cost the program was shelved.
Well the proof is in the pudding.
I'm now taking a break from the creatine for three wells and on two Metformin.
My sugars are good Morning and night.

This took a lot of reading and checks ensuring my body was reacting well.
Don't settle for bad sugars and more drugs there's always an answer.
