Thx for the info, I already ordered earlier via Dexcom. They are sending me 3 sensors and 1 transmitter for a sum of £57.00. Think I will get a “Friend” to enquire

About a month back I contacted dexcom via the website and just got the usual bombardment of email and txt message. Eventually I got offered a trial of the Dexcom one as the NHS is, as usual lagging behind, but today I called them and said about the G6, I was then offered a starter kit for £57.00 plus an additional 2 sensor for free.

I can tell you what worked for me, what i did was this turned on Silent mode on your Apple Watch. There are two ways to fix it:-
Using the Control Center:-
1. Press the side button on your Apple Watch. (If you're using watchOS 9 or earlier, touch and hold the bottom of the screen, then swipe up.)
2. Swipe up to open the Control Center.
3. Tap the bell icon with a line through it. This will enable Silent mode.
Using the Settings app:-
1. Open the Settings app on your Apple Watch.
2. Scroll down and tap Sounds & Haptics.
3. Tap the Silent Mode toggle to turn it on.
More details instruction below.
