i have inherited diabetes triggered by anxiety/stress and depression, i applied for universal credit last year and made it clear to them that i could not leave the house and would have to do phone appointments, whilst covid was going on they were happy with that, now for the past 3 months, they have made my life hell, bullying me to the point of contemplating suicide because their badgering is relentless, when i had my assessment over the phone i was having a breakdown and the assessor put me down as a little bit tearful but capable to work!?!?! they now keep trying to get me to go in for group back to work meetings, which they know i cannot do, because i cannot leave the house, before this, i was managing my diabetes fine, now, because of the constant stress from them, i keep getting hypoglycaemia, which i tell them over and over again, but the agent really doesn't care, constant text messages and emails demanding i come in for interviews my health is suffering and all my hard work to combat diabetes has now gone downhill, thanks to them, my advice to anyone applying, please be careful especially with the stress, they will treat you like something they have stepped in, they will treat you like it is their money you are taking off them personally and they will get pleasure from making you sad, stressed and unhappy and will not care what effect they have on your health either mentally or physically
