Hello, I am new in the board. I am diabetic type 1 since 2007. I like sports: cycling, running and swimming. So far I have control myself fine, actually I keep my levels too low and it is something I want to correct. I measure my glucose frequently, but I do not keep a very good log of it. Now I want to take it more seriously. However, the spreadsheet and programs I´ve found in Internet are too complex and time consuming. I am sure in the community there is people that have worked a good excel spreadsheet to keep the info, simple and useful to track the glucose levels and the sport activity. Kind regards,
