I never realised how much **** was in food before I was diagnosed with diabetes allthough I didn't indulging in fatty foods or carby foods the things I thought where good actually had as much **** in than the 'bad foods' I've always thought I've had a gluten intolerance as every time I ate bread or pasta or anything like cakes (which wasn't often) I always bloated and got terrible tummy aches after but my doctors at the time were so rubbish it took them 2 and a half years to ralise I had type 1!! But I've taken my health into my own hands with the help of my specialist... Anyway... WhatNotToEat sorry to hear of your situation.. But stick around on this site there are many who can offer advise or even just be there for you to talk to someone there are lots of amazing people here just ask whatever you need to know and someone will help you.. Best wishes to all of you :) Kerry xxx [/QUOTE]
