Hi,my daughter was diagnosed type 1 last year and has so far raised two thousand three hundred pounds for our local childrens diabetes clinic,Me and some other parents have also sihned up for the Reading half marathon next year. We have just opened two facebook pages,one more aimed at children with diabetes and one for parents/family of children with diabetes.We are in the Reading berks area and are trying to put together a support group for children age 11+ and organise days out together. Our facebook pages are Diabetic kidz club and Reading parents of Diabetic children if anyone would like to join
