False hypo?

I am waking feeling weak and nauseous but bg readings still around 6.4 so dropped a little is this normal? Do I just hold out till it drops a little lower before eating ?

Are you prescribed any meds?

If you were previously used to higher figures in the morning & this is the new low for you? Then it could induce the feeling as your body adjusts.?
But at "6.4", it's not hypoglycaemia. So don't worry...

It is however great you have a meter to correlate some numbers with your symptoms!
"Waking feeling nauseous"... Dare I suggest a urine test for something different?

Hi thanks no meds no and defo not that ha! My numbers were in the 7s on waking now the 6s so maybe adjusting like u said thanks

if my numbers go lower than 6 of a morning i feel absolutley dreadful dizzy sickly cant function when im between 6 -8 i feel great i was diagnosed type 1 4 months ago is this normal or are my readings too high
