Lunch (1pm): Tomato & lentil soup, toasted walnut bread {345 Cal / 34.4g Carbs}
Plum, blueberries, yoghurt, hazelnuts {127 Cal / 12.3g Carbs}

Dinner (6.30pm): Linguine with mushrooms, fennel & artichoke {487 Cal / 51.8g Carbs}
Figs, yoghurt, walnuts {143 Cal / 14.4g Carbs}

5 cups of coffee (3 of them decaf)

Don't worry about that. It always goes up and down, a bit, just make it a habit, bit by bit to keep doing more of the good stuff that keeps it down. Eventually it'll become a little lower more consistently .. you can do it :)

Not every day has to be a tough workout, focus on the diet, and some days just do a good walk. Keep it psychologically achievable. You can make ~5.7 happen more and more often, bit by bit.

Wouldn’t recommend trying the raw eggs he seems to like so much though
I tried that years ago when I was friends with a weight lifter, never again!
