Lactofree milk is around half the carbs of ordinary milk, and tastes as good ;)

I've just had a wonderful thought! I used to make the most delicious cheesecake with philly cheese, double cream and caster sugar with a butter and digestive crumb base. I could replace the sugar with a suitable substitute and make an almond flour crust base and hopefully it might taste as good? Any suggestions as to the best sugar sub to use for this?

Apricots,
I made a cheese cake Friday. I got the recipe from Trudi Deakin book "Eat Fat" it used ground almonds , butter and low calorie sweetener, I used Truvia which was ok. I got some Erythritol for the next bake.
