Hi, just sharing my good news. Was diagnosed with T2 diabetes early January (Happy New Year, not!) with a very bad HBA1c reading of 20, even though I felt fine, just THIRSTY. I also had high cholesterol at 7.2, which was another blow. Just found out my cholesterol has dropped to 5.8 and bad cholesterol level 0.5 from 1.6 previously. Also lost 7kg in 7 weeks and my average BGL is now between 5-7. Pretty chuffed really and feeling really great physically. There is hope!
