I have @Prem51, when I can get them from my indigineous friends.

They are full of protein and fat and only 3 grams of carbs per 200 grams.

What do they taste like?

They taste like Wichetty Grubs they have thier own unique taste, raw ones have a bit of a woody taste sometimes, ones cooked in the coals have a more nutty flavour,

I eat ripe papaya occasionally, in double cream.

I want one now lol..I did read that they are one of the fruits which many people with BGS problems can tolerate them without spikes.
