Happy new year to one and all
after several years I have got mine under control( My six monthly average was about 11 mmol)
I decided to get a grip of myself, happily
it is now about 5.8mmol fasting.Although the festive period has nudged it up a bit. Doc has taken
me off the Gliclicide and I hope to stay free of it. Now I need to lose another couple of stones, hopefully by the summer. That's the good news now I have to keep myself on track. I get a lot of help from you folks on the forum, keep it coming :wave:
