Hi Gary, blurred vision commonly occurs when sugar levels have been high for some time and then start dropping. I believe it is due to the glucose in the lens of the eye causing it to swell, as this happens slowly over time the brain adjusts to it, but can't cope when levels drop quickly. It is really annoying, mine lasted for a good number of weeks and I managed by buying cheap reading glasses in differing magnifications until it finally resolved. Hope it sorts itself out before too long.
