Hello everyone on this great forum.I have finaly got round to joining,as ive been using it for sometime now to help me with all the challenges that being a type 1 throws at me,even after having it for 24years! It has been such a help lately as ive been struggling for sometime with high pre breakfast highs,increased insulin and weight gain for which I was at the point of despair.So if it hadn't been for the knowledge and information on this forum I wouldn't now be on a completely new insulin regime and trying to stick to a low carb diet,and feeling alot more positive and getting back in control.So a big thank you :)
