I normally take 80 units of Nova rapid in the morning and 80 in the evening, today I missed lunch so felt poorly around fourso made a sandwich and did my blood sugar and it was six. So I felt poorly most of the afternoon and I have had dinner but I’m not sure how much insulin to have , do I still have 80 units or less? I don’t feel very confident in what to do any advice please

I'm sorry you've been having a bad day.
We're not allowed to give specific dosing advice on the forums but we may be able to give you some general advice. ( You could try ringing NHS 111 for advice???)
What have your clinic told you about insulin dosing? When you say you felt "poorly" do you mean that you had a hypo or that you feel ill?

Hi Ellie, I’m feeling ok thank you , I think I felt Poorly because I was panicking. I’m going to speak to the diabetic nurse tomorrow Chloe
