LCHF - does it actually help T1D's?!

So pretty much struggling with the whole "what to eat - what to jab" concept - it's been making me go up and down to the point where I really don't know what I'm doing anymore! Which is why I thought I'd have a look at this LCHF thing, and to join here to get some advice because like you said, it's life threatening, and I need to learn to control it, not let it control me! Basal testing - I've never even heard of it!
