How is it all going? I do not mean the weight loss that will happen, and it is best not to focus on it.
My question is what is your diversionary tactics? I think diversionary tactics need to be full-on something new and something that takes extreme mental attention. Here are 2 examples.
By chance, my first few weeks of my new LC lifestyle coincided with learning to play the Ukulele. And before I knew it my first lc week had gone,
It was a bit of an experiment because I have no music ability and I do not sing or dance. I can now play a few chords and amuse myself but I have not gone "public". There are stacks of cheat's ways to play the little 4 stringed guitar on the net.
Try ventriloquism, I did and I failed but I had some fun giving it a go.
You can see my avatar is a ventriloquist dummy. I made Tad Trendy but I am the world's worst ventriloquist in fact if you search youtube you will find a few videos I made. When I made these videos I had given up trying not to move my lips but we had fun making the videos. My wife hated the videos but she likes Tad Trendy and he sits in a chair and watches TV with us, but he is very quiet these days.
Anyway trying to be a vent is something anyone can have a go at, it is an old fashioned entertainment, and everything old is new again.
So Caroline, how are you travelling and what are your diversionary tactics?

youtube would be another diversion you could try. I found the program for making vids on my computer and I used the video on my small pocket camera.
You can make a vid. on anything, there is even a video on the net on how to peel a banana.
Art is good too if you do not do an art try doing the exercises in the popular book "Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain" here is my online gallery
