Are you asking if you can use the LibreLink Android app on a Moto G7 Power phone?
I believe the answer is probably, depending on the exact model.
The important thing is that it has NFC and Bluetooth and at least Android 5.
It looks like there were a few variants of the G7 for European/US markets, most of which had NFC, and all had Bluetooth and at least Android 9.
Are you buying the phone or you already have it?
