Having just seen an article in the latest Which? magazine about vitamin supplements, I went to the Lidl pack of Vitamin B Complex to check what the dosage was.
I couldn't access the extra details by peeling off the label (why hide it?) but there was a picture on line and the detailed list of ingredients didn't give amounts.
I am use to seeing amounts of active ingredients listed with reference to the recommended dose.
I don't know how this one slipped past me, but does anyone have more information?
