I calculated a few days ago that two weetabix plus 200ml milk (any kind) works out at around 30-35g carbs. The weetabix is about threequarters of that total.

Fruit is almost always high in carbs - eg one apple is about 20g.
Ok what's the carbs in Two Egg's..?

About 1% - so in the region of a gram of carb in 100g egg. Per standard egg, depends on size but I usually take an egg to be anything from 50 to 80g in weight.

Back before I became fat adapted, I used to eat breakfast and it was always 2 boiled eggs - for around 1 gm carbs.
If my Dawn Phenomenon was particularly strong that day, the breakfast of eggs would actually lower my BG at the 2hrs post prandial mark.
I used to batch cook them in advance - so easy, so quick, so effective!

Not read all the thread - but what I do is make up some chia seed pudding (18g chia seeds + 125ml unsweetened almond milk) and mix about 100g greek yoghurt mixed in with 20g ground flax seed, and put it in the fridge overnight.

The flax seeds and yoghurt is like a cold porridge and takes about 2m to eat if you're in a hurry (8 carbs in that) and the chia seed pudding the same (0 carbs)

Hope that helps :)
