I packed a single dry Ryvita with my lunch today, to accompany my Pilchard Salad - and I saved it till last to savour it

a few months ago that would have been a Blueberry muffin from Costa Coffee - how times change.

I have a couple of those ones with cheese or instead of bread with my boiled eggs and only about 6-7 grams of carbs each.I can live with that.

I was the same regarding the 'In the past' yummie Blueberry muffin at lunch
A pot of Olives, feta cheese, sundried tomatos and whatever else i can cram in the modest Supermarket Olive bar plastic tub is my 'Grab 'n' go' choice when I buy lunch now.

I always thought that Ryvita were made out of cardboard. I suppose wood pulp is technically carbohydrate, so I can see where the 6-7 grams come from. Yuck.

Diabetes!! People who dont understand. Being overweight and hungry.
Ever tried them dipped in a soup?
They are very yum, even if you do find the seeds in the bottom of the cup or bowl when you get to the end.
You could always break them into little bits and use them like crutons too.
