Just watching masterchef and a contestant is making low carb chocolate tart. Hope he goes far!

I remember a few years ago someone made an avocado aand chocolate mouse and the judges hated it as thye are so used to expecting sweet

I’ve been looking at this type of dessert. I buy sugar free jelly and its quite nice flavour.
