Hmm, back up to 5.2 where I was last spring, having been down to 5.0 in early summer and 4.7 in November.

On the other hand, I have had two holidays away, plus Christmas/New Year and I did slack off a bit - on diet and exercise both. Did have a nasty stomach bug for over a week at start of month - fasting was up to 5.8 from my usual 4.5 for 10 days or so.

I know a1C is biassed towards the recent few weeks, so will have to see what the next test in May brings - not worried or anything - still fine so long as it doesn't creep up.

I agree. Brilliant.
I have my next one in late March and after xmas and a few lapses -and testing combos of foods I'm expecting a rise from my 6.1

Having no energy as this is so limiting.
Well done Mark, you have obviously worked very hard for your results. 8)

I reckon that, as diabetics, we see much more of the ups and downs of life since they get imprinted on our Hba1cs.
