I see it contains the usual bunkum about the safety of low-carbohydrate diets not being proven and therefore not being endorsed. I think I would rather take the 'unproven safety' route of low carbs than incur the risk of damage to my body from excess BG. They seem to think that low carbs means no carbs. I assume the industry food (equals profitable carbohydrate) lobby is still alive and well......
