In people without diabetes, the statement "<em>there is no association between total carbohydrate intake and glycaemia" </em>is not unreasonable. Perhaps NHS choices misunderstood Daibell's point? Without seeing the email they were sent, it is difficult to judge.</p></blockquote><p></p>
