Anonymous question submitted:
I use Novorapid. The leaflet accompanying it clearly says it will last for 3-5 hours. However, I have been told that the higher the dose, the longer it will last. So with a high dose (whatever that may be), the activity of the insulin was go on beyond the 5 hours. Is this correct: 'The amount of the dose affects/ determines the overall duration of the insulin' ???
