There are threads on this fairly frequently, and we have a sub-forum where you may find some useful content: http://www.diabetes.co.uk/forum/category/jobs-and-employment.8/

You could also try using the Search facility and put in a few relevant words to search on. It's not perfect, but fairly impossible to help more specifically on what you've posted.
