The Public Health Collaboration have started to release the videos from their conference in May. I’ll try and remember to put them here as they are published, but you can get them on their YouTube channel here.

The vegan one is all you need to know but for a deeper dive The Plant Based Con by Jayne Buxton and The Vegetarian Myth by Liere Keith are both very well researched antidotes to the general assumption that plant based is best !
Looking forward to the rest too and there are plenty on Food Addiction too (Jen Unwin's special interest).
