Hi all, strange one here!

Does anyone have problems with sensor discomfort on one arm only?

My right arm's fine wherever I place it but lately the last 3 sensors I've put on my left arm really hurt. I change sites etc. Sleeping on it really hurts and I have ended up removing early. I usually change arm's each time.

I wonder if I'm a bit too heavy handed as I'm right handed but worried if I'm not firm enough it won't go on cleanly.

Would it matter if I always use my right arm but make sure I rotate the placement?

Thanks in advance

I only use my left arm. I consistently sleep on my right side (don’t even turn over in the night!).
I just move the Libres around so each position gets rested between times. It’s also easier to avoid knocking it as it becomes second nature to protect the same side all the time.

Wow! I was about to ask a similar question. When I wear Libre 2 on my left arm I get the pain, but also weird readings, alarms, and sometimes not scanning properly. I think i'll tru just the right side for a while and give the left a rest. Makes me wonder what is different about my left arm/bingo wing as I sleep on both sides.

Hi, I have just arrived on this Forum. I have been advised by GP the I am Pre-Diabetic. I have in the last 4 days introduced for myself Freestyle Libra 3 which I had presumed I would have in place for 14 days. How often after the 14 days should I be using Libra 3. Grateful for your response.
