Hi
I have had type 1 diabetes for 33 yrs. and has been controlled within reason but still had highs and lows, I was asked to think about going on a pump which I did so I could get better control, I started in June 2017 and had it slightly controlled but still many highs and the odd lows with some averages, I seem to get a little control and then something happens i.e. during night my cannula will break or I will eat later than usual and my sugars will go out of control, The last 2 months they have been constantly high but due to work commitments I don't eat at regular times and unable to visit the drop ins. I have decided from today 06/04 not eat any carbs for a couple of days and monitor my basil to get this correct, Am I doing the right thing
