Yes Almond flour will work, some add melted butter to the one with the almond mixture

We picked up a couple of packets of almond meal yesterday when we went shopping, and will have a go at making some bread in the microwave over the weekend.

Had a go at making this, easy to prepare and nuke.

I think I put a bit to much garlic in it, smells like old socks but tastes ok tho'. :meh:

3.7 grams per 100 grams according to the nutrition info on the Almond meal packet..
