Hello everyone, I have just read about Rapadura Sugar but according to the internet, some people say diabetics can use it and it has a low GI rating, and others say that we can't use it. (I am a year into my diagnosis, Type 2, not overweight, no pills or insulin yet, suspect I may turn out to be diagnosed as a "1.5") Does anyone know if I could use this sort of sugar in things like crumble or cakes? I think it's a long shot, but I'm wiling to ask the question because it would be quite a breakthrough in cooking for me and maybe others! Many thanks.
