hi i got type 2 had it for one year now test myself in the morning and its normaly about 4.2-5.00
sometimes in the day its been 7.4 just tested now 2.5 hours after my tea and its 4.7 am on metformin prolonged release and simvastatin i try to work out most days about 5-6 times a week i do half an hour on the trendmill and some weights i work evenings 2 in the afternoon till about 2 in the morning so just take a few snacks health bars apples etc does this sound alright what am doing :?
