Hi everybody, i have been taking simvastatin for about 8 weeks and seem to be having palpitations or panic attacks (my heart seems to start pounding for no obvious reason)does anyone know of similar side effects ???

No experience with this drug but you really need to go back and see your gp and mention these symptoms, with luck they'll be able to offer you a alternative med.
